• What current supervisory concepts about ethics and culture related to your topic should all supervisors know or be aware of? 15 points.
• Describe how your cultural awareness of the workplace has changed during your research of the topic and problem/issue. 15 points.
• Discuss why ethics is important in the workplace in relation to your topic or issue/problem. Provide an example of an unethical supervisory practice related to your topic. Describe the unethical practice, explain why it is unethical, and how it can be avoided. 20 points.
Cover page (name, topic, course, name of instructor and date) – 5 points.
Reference page – 10 points.
Intext Citations – 5 points.
Your reflection should be professionally written in APA format using 12-point font, double-spaced text, and consist of at least 2-3 pages, exclusive of citations and a cover/title page. In-text citations should be used and a reference page included. You should have a minimum of four references for this paper.
